Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, have anti inflammatory properties and are beneficial for heart health.  They are high in fibre that can help balance hormones, support proper bowel movements. 

Both flax and chia seeds are a great source of protein to keep you feeling full for longer.
