Gnocchi Pesto Sheet Pan

Option to add your own protein or enjoy as is. If adding protein we recommended chicken, fish, or shrimp.

1. Preheat oven or BBQ to 425 degrees.

2. Spread out pre-cut vegetables & gnocchi onto a baking sheet, toss with oil & spice blend.

3. Bake for approx 25 minutes, until vegetables are tender and gnocchi cooked through.

4. Once cooked, toss with pesto and top with parmesan and squeezed lemon.

5. Enjoy!
